Many years ago, I bought a used Ford 3400 industrial tractor loader.
I looked for a full two years, before I found the appropriate Ford BH to fit that FEL tractor.
I did not even find the BH myself.
I put out feelers to several Ford industrial equipment dealers, and a dealer eventually stumbled upon the proper BH.
You might want to consider selling your current tractor, and then buying one with a BH.
My Ford was 16 years old when I bought it, and I had $10K invested, incl BH.
Sold when it was 49 years old (2019) for $9K.
Then: Bought a 2006 Kubota L48 TLB with 251 original owner hours.

Order one from the dealer? It’s a current production back hoe model and the subframe is the same for the L3200/3800,L01 and L02 models. I can understand trying to save a few bucks over new though and there may be a bit of a waiting period to get a new one right now.

The OP mentioned that he has an L3901.
You did not reference the L3901 as being a fit.
Do you know if it will fit?

Fordtech86 mentioned the L01 which if not mistaken would be the L2501, L3301 and L3901.
Yes it is the same, I should have been more clear when posting the L01 and L02 series, will fit the 2501,3301,3901,3302,3902, the L4701 and 02 series replacement will be different as they get the bigger backhoe.
