I need to re-build the arms and the bucket pivot pins B7100. What is the cheapest solution. I just need it to work a while longer.

can i use 3/4 inch pins with 3/4 inch hardened washers welded to the shoes?

There are expansion pins that may work for your situation
Go here and look for expander system

Thinking they are metric,so custom machined pins or dealer may get you the results you are after. Bushings are harder than pins as a rule so pin is the wear part.was diwn this path and changed all the pins at 2700 hours.
Grease daily with a good ep grease to prolong the life.

these are WAY PAST expansion pins.. holes are wallowed out say additional 1/4 inch in diameter. ugggggllllyyyy! i should take pics and post..

i may run a weld over the entire hole in the bucket, and re-drill..
it has been suggested I try Bomaweld No. 25125 5/32 for mild steel.
7018 seems to stick good, but always is breaking drill bits.

after the bucket i have to start working on the upper arms... which are nearly as bad.
thx for any continuing suggestions..

If you can post photos it helps. There are some great machinists and creative minds here.

I'd go to some Kubota dealers and ask if they have any old pin-on buckets lying around you might be able to fit to your tractor. Go armed with measurements and be prepared to stroll around in the weeds but I did this and was able to find one. Had to shim the arms into the brackets and then find pins that would adapt. For less money than rebuilding my old bucket I've got something that works for less. Its not perfect but its good.
