Work light circuit on B2620

Anyone used the factory worklight plug in under the rear of the right fender?

I was wondering if it needed a switch installed to complete the circuit or was always on . I know I could just stick the test light in it but i didnt think to do it when i was looking for the connection. The circuit is already fused and is on the ign side of the switch.

I had the Kubota work light put on my B2920, installed by the dealer. The light itself has a switch on the back of it because the wire is live with the key on.
