I’m looking at purchasing a Wolverine sickle bar mower attachment for the loader on my L5030. Has anyone on the forum with a L5030 had any experience with the Wolverine sickle bar mower attachment? I’m wondering if the hydraulic system of the L5030 can handle it? Thanks!!

I don't have one and have no experience with one but according to Tractordata.com the L5030 has a pump flow of 9.8 GPM.

Wolverine's web site states the 72" sickle bar requires a hydraulic flow rate of 15 GPM - 25 GPM @ 3000 PSI Rated.

I would say no the L5030 won't handle it, at least not well. Maybe others on OTT have a different opinion or more experience.

That’s what I was concerned about Bee-Positive. Thanks for your perspective on it. I’ll have to keep looking around for something that will work on my tractor.

Consider a Sabre Samuri unit. Samuri
I have one. It is not 72"

Requires 10 gpm @ 500 psi so I think your tractor would drive it Advertising now says 3 to 4.5 gpm

Get breakaway mount even though it costs more

I had to install a pressure compensated flow control on my M7040
