Is there a way to wire a 4 way trailer plug (vehicle side) on a L3560 with cab?
I was hopping there was a way to plug into some hidden plugs instead of splicing into wires.

You may have to splice into wires. I can't think of any reason why they'd have an easy to attach trailer plug. Maybe they do though.

However, the rear taillights should be all you need to access to to splice, and they are pretty available.

If the tailights are fed from a single connector on the wiring harness, you should be able to make up a 'T-adapter', similar to how most cars and pickups are done these days. The 'fun' part is in locating the proper connectors but it'd make the job 'professional'.
