What do most of you do for winterizing your tractors. I use my bx2370-1 for mostly now cutting grass and have around a half a tank of fuel in it. I do not use it much as spring planting and plowing under garden. Is there a specific additive to be added to fuel, which is mainly why I have not refueled tank to be full. Even when I refiled the next time I have a funnel system to filter out water.

If I was going to park a tractor for the winter I would use Stanadyne to treat the fuel, fill the tank completely full and treat any fuel left over in the can too.
Double check all the fluid levels and make sure the antifreeze level is up to par.
And put a battery tender on it to keep the battery charged up.

Being that I use my tractor all winter to do snow duties It doesn't get parked so I do all of those tasks all the time and have a block heater installed to keep it somewhat warmed up to help with wear and starting.

Filled up fluids last fall. Found diesel antifreeze at auto parts store since bota dealer is 2 hour drive away. Battery tender pigtail was installed within a week of owning tractor and making a battery tester kit to do digital readout of voltage.

Power service diesel duel conditioner, in the white bottle. Same company makes Diesel 911, in the red can. I have found that diesel is much more forgiving than gasoline, you can store it for years and it will still start right up. I started a MF 205, this spring, that had sat for 5 years, semi-covered in a pole shed, no problem.

one word of caution, stay away from biodiesel, algae grows in that crap, like athletes foot grows in goodwill shoes...:D

Ain't that the truth  if you use biodiesel, better buy stock in fuel filters too!!! Customer got talked into switching to the stuff. Finally ended up draining fuel out of 6 separate pieces of equipment into a bulk tank to use for the burner on the pressure washer and torpedo heaters. It was sevice call after call till I drained the tanks. Kicker is the pressure washer and torpedo heaters won't burn the crap!!!! Finally ended up selling it back to a waste oil hauler for recycling
