Will these tires fit these rims?

Short answer is yes they certainly will fit those rims.
But: if your tractor is 4 wheel drive and had either 20.5x8-10 Bridgestone PD's or 21x800-10 Firestone Turf and Field tires that are both the same rolling circumference NO they won't work on your tractor. The Carlisle 20x800-10 tire has a smaller ( lees inches ) of rolling circumference and off enough not to be withing tolerance of working on a 4 wheel drive unit.
