Does anyone know what "yellow" to use to be correct when painting the brake and clutch pedals on a grey market tractor?

Do not see any listed in Vic's paint article or the Kubota website (no surprise there).

Mine are painted kubota blue, the same as the frame, engine and tranny. I'm wondering if someone painted the pedals at sometime with something they had kicking around in the garage.

Some of the early model brake pedals where yellow. They were kind of color coded. I guess anything that made something start or stop was yellow. Even today, the PTO engage lever and some other levers have a yellow knob on it. I doubt if you will find any original yellow paint. I would just find something close. Maybe like the old Cub Cadet yellow would work. Probably available and the big box stores.

On my L1500 the pedal arms were yellow. I used Cat Yellow. Looked nice, but wait, I'm prejudiced towards that color!!

On my B6000 (Japanese spec):

Brake pedals are yellow

Clutch pedal is blue

Pretty sure the paint is original.

A good automotive paint shop should be able to produce a very close match to a sample of the colour you want.
