The lack of water pump or temp gauge makes me nervous so I'd like to install a temperature gauge. I plan on relocating my hour meter(possibly into the tool kit hole) and then putting the temp gauge in the prominent location the hour meter was in. That said, where should I put the probe for the VDO mechanical temp gauge? Get the ID of the upper radiator hose and then buy and inline adapter? Or is there a good place for one already?
