Wheel installation tool

Recently fabricated up a tool to help my old body in removing and installing wheels on our vehicles and possibly the tractor if needed. Sorry it is not Kubota orange.

That is one very cool tool. It is a great idea. As a side note, a motorcycle jack can also be used in a similar manner. Here is the one that I use.

Thats pretty cool, how did you build it

Made from an implement jack that I altered, rollers and casters from Princess Auto up here. Used 1 1/2 square tubing and angle iron. The jack and roller frame are mounted to the lower castered frame via a 16” x 1” x 1” square vertical tubing welded to the outer castered frame. This 1” x 1” tubing cannot be seen as it is inside the jack with the jack screw inside it.

I have the same one, with the same uses.

I have the same one I kept after selling my motorcycle.
Never thought about using it for wheels.

These do very well without modification. They accept wide-range of wheel sizes…. and pumping the foot-pedal has the effect of elevating the wheel.
