Left Front wheel clicking loudly about every 180 degrees of rotation…just started. Anyone have an idea on what this could be? Also to note, that the top of the left wheel is noticeably tilted outboard, whereas the right wheel seems plumb. Any help is appreciated!

simple stuff first:

- are all lug nuts on and tights?
- lift wheel off ground, place hands 12 and 6 and rock back and forth, rotate a bit and repeat, is there excess play indicating worn or broken wheel bearings?
- take wheel off and make sure back of wheel and hub is clean, no rocks between mating surfaces, studs and bolts/nuts in good shape?

if non of the above then time to start thinking about damaged cv, etc...

OK thanks MapleLeaf. Will check this and report back. I presume I’d do this by jacking up one side…if I loader-lift the front end it’ll just pivot over the axle tube center point, and maybe skew my findings from the other wheel moving..
