What's my BX1860 Worth?

Hi-

After some internal debate, I'm making the tough decision to part ways with my 2012 BX1860 for something smaller - all intended projects around my property are done, and I need the garage space at this point. Plan is to replace this with a smaller garden tractor with a mower and snowblower. Anyway, I'm not certain where to start in terms of price, so looking for suggestions on that.

Overall in the tractor is un excellent shape, with 173-ish hours (still mowing with it so this is ticking up very slowly) and has the following that I'd like to try and sell with it:
-Loader
-Mower
-Block heater kit
-Third function kit
-Rear remote kit installed
-Land Pride grapple (slightly bent tine)
-Land Pride plow and front hitch
-3-point hitch and HeavyHitch weight bracket (with receiver)
-Heavy hitch rear blade
-Various accessory lights, a battery maintainer plug in the dash, loaded rear tires (rim guard), and rear wheel spacers

I'm located in the northeast US - not sure if that matters.

I have no comments on pricing, other than looking at some of the sites to see what people are listing them for, and remembering that what people list for isn't what they sell for.

I do have comments on selling a BX1860 for a lawn tractor with snowblower. How much space will you really save? That really screams to me of a decision you'll regret every time you have a wheel barrow out moving something by hand. And although most of the Kubota folks will see the BX1860 as the smallest tractor you can buy, it's still a beast running a snowplow compared to any lawn tractor you'll buy.

I would think long and hard before giving up what you got. If you want to run a blower and mower on it, you will be greatly dis-appointed in the quality and dependability of a so called light duty lawnmower.
If you can afford to keep it. It is much better to have more than what you need, than less.
