Here is a picture of something on my tractor that I do not know what it is or does. It is attached to the right front of the tractor. I am sure most of you know what it is. What is it?

It's a part that should be back on the right front of your tractor doing its job and not on the bench. 
And yes that's the radiator whistle!

However, now that I know what it is, what else it needs is a hose from the radiator to its whistle. Got to go find that.
