What happened to Kubotabooks.com?

I tried to get into Kubotabooks.com and it gave a message that "Your website has been suspended." Anyone know what happened?

To bad Kubota won't do what every other manufacturer does and supply this information instead of making private individuals spend their money to provide the service.

In this information age, I can't imagine too much web traffic being a bad thing. The site owner should monetize his site using Google ads or something...
