Monday I drove my 3240 as far off home base as I ever have ever beenbeen. I drove down four miles to do some loader work for a food plot. the log pile I was pushing out clipped my front valve stem and left me stranded in the woods. question, how can I add some protection to the valve stem so this never happens again. besides personal fabrication , are there any products that anyone has experienced that are worth the money?

My B7500 came with stem guards welded to the wheels from the factory. I thought they were all that way.

That's what I would suggest. I have metal valve stems on the skidsteer, and they are still pretty vulnerable. The stem itself may be stronger, but unless they are super short, the leverage on them in a situation like yours would still just snap them off.

I like Lil Foot's idea.

Thanks! I'm pretty pleased with them myself! They help with traction more than I would have believed, and they really protect the stems when I'm pushing into the slash pile, or working the rocky section of my land in the mountains.
