Have a V-1305E Kubota Engine that won't start. Had it running shut it off and now it will act like it wants to start but will not, turns over fine but wont start. I have tried the following, New fuel pump, new selinod, power to glow plugs, is 12volts. Tried to start it on WD40 without using glow plugs. Any Ideas or suggestions on what to try next

bleed the fuel lines? sounds like bad or no fuel. Then you might want to compression check if that doesn't fix it.
How did it get out of time? You are getting fuel, you checked your glowplugs are getting voltage, did you pull the glow plugs and bench test that they are working? If that's all good you need to compression test
