Can I use the hoses that feed my loader cyl to power a Grabber? I have a BX 1800 with a LA 344 loader. Or do I have to install a 3rd point? I'm new to my tractor retired not a big budget to work with. Trying to find a work around. If this can be done please explain how I can install. Thanks

Can you define 'grabber'?
If you mean a grapple, then yes you really need a '3rd FUNCTION' to operate it. It would make it mostly useless if you didn't have all all four functions of the loader available.
