Hi, I used a circuit tester on the positive terminal of the battery. And pulled every fuse until the battery went dim. The indication was on the first fuse five amp which is the battery meter and the fourth fuse which is the radio..

So the voltage meter would go thru dash display & Ecm. Most likely culprit. Any ideas?

Yes your going to get a small draw on both of those as well as the ECM /ECU.
They require constant power to perform properly (volatile memory).
If you have a week battery or a battery that is left for a long time it's doing to do that, 100% normal.
If your leaving it parked too long between uses then get a battery maintainer for it.
I would strenuously caution you that disconnecting the battery or pulling fuses has been know for frying the ECU/ECM.
So maintaining a good batty is fairly important in these units.
