underseat panel ????

Just bought a new L3800, like everything Except.......... Its all open under
the seat to all the mechanical, My old L2250 was enclosed fender to
fender and front to back with a metal panel, great place to put your
rain coat,gloves. bug spray,,,,etc. can you buy an aftermarker panel for
this area or do I have to fab something....$22,000 and no floor under the seat.

Don't hold your breath for an answer from Kubota. They don't want to talk about their shortcomings. Although Kubota has a good product, their competition is running circles around them. For example, Kioti has a 3pt hitch control lever at the rear of the tractor. Very handy when hitching up rear implements. When asked, the Kubota dealer didn't even want to discuss it. There is no aftermarket kit available that I know of. I fabricated my own with a couple of pieces fo scrap metal and a few minutes of time. For their price, they could have included this and your under seat storage. Instead they put a PLASTIC tool box on the rear.
