I'm new to Kubota excavators and have the choice of two U27-4s from my local used plant dealer. There's very little between them in price and hours, however one is advertised as a U27-4 GL and the other as an SGL.
Does anyone know if there is a difference before I make my mind up?

I've never heard of those designations for model numbers. Only the U27-4R1 (Rops/fops) and U27-4R2 (cabbed). Mine is the cabbed version.

It's probably a Super, they have a few more options.
The GL and the SGL are EU designations they don't use them on the US models.
Try contacting a EU Kubota dealer and ask them the difference.
