I recently bought a new B3350 with a backhoe and love it!!! My only tiny complaint is: It seems like, on some tasks (with the loader or backhoe) I just need a little more power from the pump to move or lift something heavy. Is there any adjustment that can be made to get just a little extra power for some extreme tasks (not looking to break anything or be unsafe) it just feels like a safety stop kicks in and prevents my little mule from achieving its full potential ;)

Yes, the loader relief valve can be shimmed (same relief used for BH). However, I can't seem to locate the individual shims anymore, so, will likely need to be resourceful and pick up some very thin SS washers.

You will need a pressure tester, either home made or purchased capable of reading in excess of 2500 PSI. Check out youtube vids.

The shim "Kit" is available thru parts, but cost is $710! Shims for my old machine were approx $1.

That would be perfect! Thanks for the info.! I will call The dealer tomorrow and get the shims ordered.
well, if you're able to find just the shims, let me know (i'd like the part numbers). As I said, the only thing that I can pull up on parts diagrams is the "Relief Kit" which runs $710. There's no way I'm paying that when all that is needed is a couple of $2 shims.
