Turfs are useless to me

Went and seen a guy who had some used tires today,found the online charts to be far from accurate,and roll out measurements as much as 4" different from one brand to another! Bought a pair of Goodyear Wrangler mud tires,in good shape,31 10.5 x 15 that has a roll out of 91". $100

My new rims arrived today,8" wide impliment rims,but was too busy cutting firewood to play with them. Time is tight so won't be painting them orange this year. I am wondering about my hubs,they seemed to be turned around backwards,nuts to the inside,is this normal?
