Pulled the old Filter off my 2150 HST (NAPA 1268 Gold )When I try installing the new Kubota 32701-37950 I cant get it to thread on When I compare the threads and hole size they look the same The difference is the Kubota filters threads are recessed down into the filter and the O ring sits higher or is thicker Has anybody run across this? Thanks

Make sure the o ring on the old filter came off with the filter and is not still stuck on the eng.
Go NAPA and get another of what works.

Thanks guys ; the O ring off the old filter isn't the issue Had my son try to screw it on as I have a shoulder problem He tried several times too Went to NAPA and did get one that works Did notice the Kubota O ring is a lot thicker Don't know if this is normal as I don"t have one to compare Thanks for the input It's always welcome
