I have a L3240, after brush hogging for about an hour, I was heading up grade with PTO engaged, the tractor stopped moving, and I coasted back down. I was in M Turtle.
I moved the shifter to low and back to high.
The tractor stared to move in M with a loud chatter which sounded like it was coming from under the fuel tank. All of the other hydraulics worked fine, PTO, Loader, streering and brakes.
Once I moved about 10 feet the noise stop in M and now it only makes is in H Rabbit, and if your in M Turtle and shift to Rabbit it chatters while engage to the high gear.
