I'm looking for pictures / ideas of top & tilt hose organization, with or without DPOCV.
My setup is working, but the way the hoses move with my QH makes me feel like there's a better way to do this.

Google searching OTT revealed a few pictures, but not a ton, so I must not be using the right terms. :)

Thanks.

Maybe 90s at the couplers to get the hoses pointed down?

Then you have an issue hitting the quick hitch when tilted further forward though.

The coupler location is the issue. You might simply have them the best that they are going to be with what you have?

Here is a picture of my L185F that shows two hoses going straight out and two with 90 degree fittings to change the routing.

I looked at mine to maybe see why I’ve never noticed an issue. Obviously I don’t have a quick hitch so it looks a bit different. I second the notion that moving the remotes up is the most likely to successfully provide a better fit. Not likely the hoses from the valves to the bracket will allow much upward movement but I’d move it up as far as possible and maybe consider longer hoses from valve to bracket so you can get them up a good bit.

Thanks for the replies and pictures! I'll take a look at how much room I have to move the couplers up and / or fittings to get some more room back there.

My system works great; I'm probably concerned about something that isn't really an issue. That said, the QH is definitely the complicating factor here, and I'm sure without that I'd have no issues. The 90* fittings off the couplers may help, and I'll look at the Pats system too.

Again, thanks. :)

Looks like the main problem is you have too much hose and not enough tractor :)

I think Brian is right - about as good as its going to get. If those are 3/8" hoses might consider using 1/4". I put live swivels on my top link hoses to allow them to move more freely when the lift is raised and lowered. The DPOCV is on my tractor outlets not the cylinder.

If you install some 45 and or 90 degree fittings and head up then loop forward and down that may be a better route for that hose length.

It might block some of your rear view though?

Use a section of garden hose or vinyl tube to mock us different lengths and routes to find one you like. Just don’t make the bend radius smaller that what the hydraulic hoses are capable of doing.
