A 5gal vintage fuel can, cut down. Cut it about 12" of the bottom, cut the top off at the seam, band the top to make a lip, for overlap and retention, hinge the back, hasp (or use an ammo can latch) the front type thing. Punch some holes in the bottom. Rhino Line it.
