Equipment
B3000 with Meteor drag snowblower and mid-mount mower; M7040 with accessories
Two problems:
L4330 with Woods 1012 loader; loader will go up but takes almost forever to come back down. Manual suggests faulty hose connection but disconnecting and reconnecting resulted in only one functional restoration and then the same problem recurred. Question: should I look at the control lever, the valve or replace hoses? (One hose may have a small leak as it is oily. A cloth cover prevents easy inspection of the hose within). Control lever is a single stick. Does not seem to want to push forward to drop the loader.
B1750 with Herd sander: unit will start, travel about 500 feet, then engine dies. May restart after bleeding fuel line, but usually the battery runs out before a successful restart. While I may need a battery, what do more experienced operators think is the problem? It has been cold here, 5-20 degrees F, but I had no problems last winter.
Any advice is appreciated.
