Tire replacement

I have R1 tire on my L3301HST and the left front is badly checked, it looks like that side of the tractor was parked in the sun a lot as that side the paint is fadded more than the other side.
Questio can I replace that 1 tire or should I replace both front tires?
There is only 540 hrs on the tractor so the other tires are not worn that much.

I would do nothing unless/until it fails.

Got any pictures? Could it be from the tires and wheels setting on a dealers lot before they were installed on the tractor?

You can absolutely replace it with a matching one. I would counsel against mismatched tires.
