Can I use a tire inflator (instead of an air compressor) to add air to liquid filled tires on a BX? It seems most folks on here use an air compressor but a tire inflator is what I have. I was wondering if I might destroy the inflator or electrocute myself if liquid somehow gets into it.

Yup. 12 o'clock it and let it run. Depending on how low it is, the inflator may overheat though. I know my Viair says 3 min on/ 3 min off or some such thing. There are models rated for constant duty though.
