tiller/ rotary hoe

I have a bx2350 and would like to know if this tiller is too big.

Its a 4ft kubota rotary hoe.
I would like to use it to till the soil in the yard before I put down the turf. I have compact soil and think that I would like to till perhaps 6' into the ground. Would this so it in one pass? Should I be looking at getting some wheels on it as well? Does it matter about the rotation?

That is about the right size. I have B7500 and 48 King Kutter and works great.

I rang and the bloke still has it there. What should I look for and what sort of money should I offer?

The one I purchased was about $1200 from Tractor Supply I have seen them up to $1400.

well I ended up buying it for 1400. The owner was a good bloke so I didn't haggle too much. This morning after work I killed all the grass and weeds with the killer so in 7 days I will be tilling up a storm.
