Tightening Parking Brake

I am bad about releasing parking brake on my Kubota MX 5400 tractor. I have noticed parking break is not holding on slight grades like it was before.
How do you tighten the parking break on this tractor?

Adjustment rod on the pedal linkage. 1" of free travel B4 engagement. You need to start releasing the brake. You don't want to have to replace the wet discs. It entails taking the rear end apart.
