Three point won’t raise

I have a 2250 in the shop the three point won’t raise changed filters and hydraulic oil already the loader will go up only but not fast and will only go down if you put it in float any ideas thanks in advance

Sounds exactly like my symptoms when a stick hit a quick disconnect.

Check your quick disconnects on the loader hoses. Disconnect, check for debris, then reconnect.

Quick disconnect not seated or flowing because of blockage or failure, or selector on the Hydraulic block is in the wrong position.
