TG2742 Snowblower Shear Bolts

Hello I have a TG2742 snowblower that needs the auger shear bolts. I went to my local dealer and was told that they they were discontinued. Anyone out there know what I can use as a replacement???? Thank you!!!

Shear bolts are there for a reason, so i reccomend a grade 2 bolt.funny they would discontinue Something like that. Odd size maybe?

Tractor supply has a pretty good assortment of shear bolts. It would be just a matter of figuring out size and length, and grade

They may be "carriage" bolts. The ones with the round top and square shoulder which locks into a corresponding square slot in the auger so you only need one wrench to tighten. Should be easy to find unless they are metric. A little work with a file and drill would convert from metric SAE bolts.
