we buried some water pipe and moved a large shrub…
we need to move the stacks of logs. as the driveway is getting crowded..
hopefully we can start cutting boards soon.
a few days ago, i had the lower radiator hose blow off…
i was with luck, as the work site had water available nearby…
found that most of the clamps needed to be tightened.
That's how I grew up. My dad had a flooring business, and a lot of the work he did was on new construction. I would go with him, and ride the lap of whoever was grading or digging that day. You know, back before OSHA. It did beat sitting too close to the tv, watching Scooby Doo.
That is a beautiful picture... Nothing more precious than a father and son doing things together. A lot of our problems with kids today is caused by the lack of this... Check out the book, "The day america told the truth" by James Patterson. It's a real eye opener...
