Our skid steer developed a fuel leak which we traced to a steel line that runs to bottom of fuel rail. With great difficulty managed to remove that steel line. It was cracked from the end connected to rail. Installed a new line and after a minute it is leaking seemingly more. Verified the line was tight. There is not a lot of room to work on this model. Suspect the fuel rail may also have some sort of defect. Is there sufficient room to remove the components necessary to get to rail? Or is this a raise cab or remove motor type of repair.. definitely is leaking from that connection, no question. The connection is tight, also. Any insight on this is greatly appreciated.

Remove the radiator and there is more than enough room to access the fuel rail.

removing the radiator made a lot of room to access the area. it turns out by removing the new fuel line we just put in, cleaning the ends and reinstalling it. the leak went away. thank you for the tips.

Sounds like you may have a pump fuel leak. Remove your fuel filter and check the bottom side of the filter housing on the skid steer for a blue plastic fuel filter. If you find one, this is your fuel pressure regulator or sump. Just above the fuel filter on skid steers is your fuel pressure regulator. This is the next thing that you need to check. You need to check for cracks and leaks in the fuel pressure regulator and replace it if it has any leaks. The fuel line also needs to be replaced. Now that you have replaced the fuel pressure regulator and fuel lines, you will need to start your skid steer and let it run for at least 10 minutes. This will help to see if you have a fuel leak from any other possible places.

What brand of loader are you referring to because it obviously is not an SVL95-2 Kubota.
