Hey all.
I figured I would relay my predicament and my remedy.
I parked my B20 after use. ran fine. I went to use it 2 weeks later and it wouldn't start but gave a hint of wanting to run. It was determined that fuel delivery was the issue. Cracked the 3 injector lines and lo and behold, only one line had fuel coming out. I removed the injector pump and found 2 of the plungers STUCK. I stripped it down making note of ALL THE TIMING MARKS/DOTS. I then tapped out, very softly the plungers. I started with polishing on wire wheel. Good but not great. I then took small amounts of valve grinding compound into each plunger bore and GENTLY spun plungers as I applied up and down motion. Cleaned all up, timed and reinstalled. RUNS LIKE A CHAMP ! Caution: these plungers/bores are tight tolerance and DO NOT POLISH MORE THAN neccessary. Save yourself a couple hundred on another pump...
