My question: When I turn the steering wheel to full lock either right or left with the engine running I can see a squirt of hydraulic fluid come out from underneath by the front axle. From what I can tell, it is coming out above the steering controller. The manual advises not to turn the wheel to full lock, however, mentions nothing other than there is a releif valve on the steering system. So, is this normal operation of the releif valve or do I have a leak somewhere?

Any relief valve involved with hydraulics on your tractor will return oil to the reservoir not unto the ground.
