I keep having trouble with the Steering nut assembly breaking teeth off and letting the balls out of the tube. I have bought totally new steering boxes with shaft in them and am still having trouble. Getting very tired of rebuilding the box and putting in new shafts and ball nuts. I bought a shaft from Kumar brothers and it broke. I also bought one from Canada and it broke within 30 min of using the tractor. Any suggestions Need help knowing what to do so it quits breaking.

First things first: What tractor do you have?
Because Kubota didn't make a BR7100.
It's either a B7100HSTE, B7100HSTD, B7100D, or B7100E
And yes it matters because they take different steering parts which is probably why you're breaking parts and having failures.

I have a B7100 HST it is a hydrostatic drive with a loader on the front. My father in-law gave it to me. He bought it in Florida from an orchard that had used it to load things. 16155142634054221435109444178276.jpg
