Staying "logged in" ?

I must admit, I am not the quickest minded, and an even slower typist. Sometimes when logged in to "reply," by the time I click "submit" it says "your are not logged in." I searched around to find a "keep me logged in for xx minutes," in the control panel. I'm not finding that anywhere I've looked. Is there that option? somewhere? anyone?

When you log in, there will be a box to the right Remember Me, by checking this, I stay logged in.

The genius minds here at OTT set is to where your logged off after a period of time being idel so your not hacked into you account.

I never have to log back in. I use Mozilla Firefox with XP, so maybe it is different with another browser and/or operating system.
