i just replaced the double clutches in my l3901 dt . tractor now it wont roll the engine over fast enough to start . i have replaced the battery, clend the grounds and checked the fuses . none of these have worked. i removed the starter and grounded it seem to spsin fine . i was wondering what to check now ??? could the clutch and flywheel be too tight ? i dont want to waste a thousand dollars for a starter and it still not start .

thanks

might want to do a voltage drop test, putting your vom on volt readings and one lead on the neg post the other at its termination of that ground cable and crank while reading the voltage should see no more than 1/2 volt any more mean you are loosing voltage to that point. do the same for the pos. post to its termination probable at the starter and check for voltage drop. hope I made some sense of it.
