I have a very slow hydraulic/transmission oil leak under my tractor where the front of the mid-case connects to the clutch housing (I think). This leak is usually just a few drops a day. Is this something I can live with as long as I watch my fluid levels? Is this something that can be fixed at home, or should a dealer do it? I did not see a seal in the parts diagram at messicks.com. What would the typical cost be to fix this issue.

Thanks!

Cost.......split tractor, won't be cheap, if it's not leaking into/onto clutch/housing, and is just a gasket leak, oil is cheap!

Working out where it is actually leaking from is the first and main step.

Once that is established, then you/others here can help you decide. Pull any covers you can, degrease/pressure clean, throw a can of talc over everything and watch for oil.
Make sure your breathers are not clogged.
Get under there with some wrenches and check all bolts for tension.
YMMV
