Slow hydraulics uphill

problem or questions about my new small b2620. while going uphill The loader and steering is jumpy. Almost like the hydraulics are not even working.
On flat ground or pointing down hill everything is fine. Any ideas? Is this common/normal?

First thing to do would be check the level.
If you haven't done a fluid and filter change might be a good time to think about that.

Thanks, i will check the fluid and see if that makes a difference. I figured since i have had it less than a month with only about 15 hours it would not require a change yet. Maybe the dealer did not service it correctly or check that before they delivered it.
