Setting height of implement on 3 point hitch B2620

Hi, wondering how to fix the height of back blade for forward ploughing ?
I know how to lower and raise , know about the knob for raising and lowering speed.
When I set the blade height 3" or so above ground surface blade seems to fall on its own.
Says in manual move the lever that raises and lowers to neutral position.
Does this work for you?

Mine seems to stay where I set it?

I've discovered I'd prefer position control though, so that is why I am trading for the new B2601 when my dealer gets them.
(not to mention left side brakes and loader qa)
