I have an RTV that keeps stalling while driving and hard to restart once it stalls. I've changed fuel filters, checked for air in the lines and tested the solenoid. I've only ran red fuel in it since i bought it. The engine has 2,666 hrs and 27,485 miles on it so it could be anything. Any help on thoughts or troubleshooting are appreciated. Thanks

With that many hours, you're right. It could be a number of things.Places to start are to have your injectors tested and make sure your glow plugs are working right. When you bled the injector, did you get plenty of fuel? If not, check the fuel lift pump and make sure it's working right. I'm trying to stay away from the injection pump but that could also be the problem.

Yeah i bled the injectors and got plenty fuel, replaced filter, replaced sending unit on top of tank, checked all fuel lines for debri and still stalling. It starts happening when the fuel gauge gets to 3/4 tank. Thats why i replaced the sending unit. I have a gas cap on order i can check that off when it gets here.

If it doesn't happen with a full tank then it's likely the lift pump or electric pump, depending on what it has.

Its electric pump. I ordered 2 of them and 2 fuel caps. I'm sure whatever it is will eventually happen to one of the other two i have. I'll post when i replace the pump and the cap. Hopefully one will fix the issue

You'll find out with the new one, but it's easy to pull the outlet line off the existing one and see if it pushing a nice stream of fuel. Is it humming or vibrating(if fuel is slow or none) is there 12 volts at the pump?
