Need some expert help. I have a '15 x1100c that began drinking coolant at approx. 100 hours. At first, there were small spots of coolant on the floor when parked, but after pressurizing the system with a coolant system tester, I found three clamp leaks. That corrected any coolant leaking on the floor; however, it's still loosing coolant when it's driven (won't lose any when sitting idling).

I have had it back to the Dealer twice for this issue and they are less than enthusiastic to help resolve the problem. They were unable to find any leaks the first trip in, but like I said, I found 3. The second time they supposedly tested the coolant for exhaust residue, and removed the oil drain plug and found nothing. They put 7 hours on it running at idle, but I had told them you can't repeat the issue with it idling, only driving it. I just got it back from the 2nd trip to the dealer and took a trip around my property (approx. 30 mins of run time) and the level decreased again. The loss is being measured at the overflow bottle under the hood.

My warranty expires in March and I'm concerned the problem will reveal itself when its out of warranty. I'm very frustrated as this thing was very expensive and has been babied since new.

One last note...it will not hold system pressure with a pressure tester. Drops approx 1/2 lb per hour.

Anyone with experience willing to provide advice? Thanks!

I would say your best bet is go to another dealer. If I had to use my local dealer I would change brands.
