Hi All,
We have a 2014 RTV 1140-CPX. The rear brakes won't release. Not an emergency brake issue. When you step on the brakes the piston moves back, when you take your foot off the brakes the piston won't return. If I open the bleeder and tap on the piston it will move back. Any thoughts? Sounds like the spring can't do its job of releasing the brake.
Clean and lube all connection and pivot points and see if you can get it to move freely.

Your brake shafts are corroded where they pivot in the trans-axle case, just ahead of the axle shaft. Spray the brake shaft pivot with penetrating oil and work the brake shaft back and forth. As the corrosion softens, the shaft will move easier. Work the shaft until the return spring can retract the brake arm to tits OFF position.

Those pivots need lubed periodically to eliminate either brake shaft from dragging.
