Looking to get a rotary mower for my L3560, looking through the owners/operators manual I see where it say's it can handle up to a 72" mower that weigh's up to 770lbs.

The mower I'm wanting is the Everything Attachments 72" mower but I see it weighs in at 820lbs, that's 50lbs over. Is this really that big of a deal? If so any suggestions on a decent 72" mower?

Also can someone guide me toward a good grapple? There's so many on the E/A website that would work but I don't know the difference in them other than single and dual lid.

I wouldn't worry about 50 more pounds on the 3560, Kubota's recommendations are very conservative. I exceed them on my 5740 as did I on my 5030.

I have no personal experience with EA stuff, but know people who love their EA Wicked grapple, mine are made by Loflin.

I have an Everything Attachments Root Rake Grapple ordered. I'll let you know how it works in a couple weeks. Price is $300 less than Land Pride at dealer.

Check out the Caroni 73" Flail Mower . . . uses considerably less HP than a rotary cutter and does 90% of what a rotary cutter will do . . although be prepared for more maintenance (replacing shackles and blades) if you are brush hogging VS mowing. . . . I have had both and will never go back to a rotary cutter. I also use it as a finish mower.
