Rislone Compression Repair

I just had to post this because I was so amazed. I have an L225 that has a steady stream of blue smoke when running at top speed. It wasn't a thick or heavy smoke, just a light constant stream of it. You could definatly smell the oil in it. Just for grins, I put a bottle of Rislone compression repair with ring seal in it and was amazed that the smoking completely stopped immediatly. I mean from the moment I started it up. I know it didn't fix the original problem, but it kept me from having to deal with it right now. Anyone else have success with this product?

I've used it before on an old Ford (Perkins) diesel, and it seemed to help a little. I was just trying to milk another year out of the poor thing. I didn't do a compression test before or after, but it did seem to start a little better.

I used it in an old, hand-me-down, 4 cylinder car my daughter used for 3 years. It was still running well and using very little oil when we gave it away!
