I replaced the safety switch which involves removing the PTO Switch Stay. The same bolts that hold the stay on also hold what the manual calls the Control Valve. When you remove the bolts the Control Valve moves down just a tiny bit. So when you put the bolts back in you have to lift it a little to put the bolts back in. After the switch was replaced and the bolts back in place I started the tractor to test the switch (that is all good now) and there is a leak somewhere. It is dripping inside the circle in the picture but I have no clue where it is actually coming from. Any advice would be appreciated.

Easiest way to find a leak like that is to clean it up..... blast it with baby powder.... then watch for streaks in the powder.

When you removed the valve mounting bolts, an o ring got out of place. Now you are going to have to remove the valve, R&R the o rings.
There is no reason to remove the bracket from the tractor just to replace the safety switch. It's very easy to remove and reinstall the switch.
