Hi - Are you talking about the shuttle shifter or the gear shifter?
If the shuttle, is the mechanism working properly at the steering wheel?
The things that comes to mind are:
-- something caught in the linkage
--rust or something causing binding
Did it all of a sudden start this issue? Is clutch pedal soft or travelling too far?
Any additional info would be helpful.
